1. GATHERING INFORMATION

This is arguably the most important part of the process. While we can sometimes physically visit your site, this is often not feasible or efficient. Often, we are relying on the information provided to us to 

2. DESIGN

This usually starts as a simple 2D floorplan sketch (provided free of charge), but we can get into full 3D modeling process if you want to view and experience every detail of your sauna before it is produced (we would collect a fee for this depending on the level of service, and you will own the work product whether or not we end up providing the materials)

3. QUOTE / DEPOSIT

Once we know the direction, we are going, we will usually just start with a simple written estimate by email. Once final specifications are made, a final, custom invoice will be sent to your email. We typically request a 50% deposit upon order and the balance upon shipping. Cash, check, or credit card are acceptable payment methods. Some clients have used Paypal as a means of financing, we would consider other financing arrangements, but are trying to avoid any financing terms which will end up being too costly for you.

4. PRODUCTION

We try to be as transparent as possible regarding the timeframe. Since some options can have super long production times right now, we try to tailor the options to ones which will work in your optimal timeline. 

5. DELIVERY / INSTALLATION

Whether this is common carrier freight delivery, hand delivery, or full installation, we want to have the conversation to make sure this process goes off without a hitch and everybody is prepared for their responsibilities
